Kavita Gupta is the founder and managing partner of Delta Blockchain Fund, a venture capital firm specializing in early-stage blockchain investments. With over 18 years of experience, she has worked with The World Bank, IFC, and the Eric Schmidt Family Office. Gupta also founded ConsenSys Ventures and the accelerator Tachyon, investing in companies like Polygon, Starkware, and Quantstamp. She teaches the "Beyond Bitcoin" class at Stanford University and advises several initiatives, including the UNICEF Giga project and the International Emmys. In 2015, she received the UN Innovation Award for her work on green and social impact bonds.
